Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the DieselDuniya mobile application and related services (the “Service”) provided by Yellowbit Labs (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Account & subscriptions

Certain features of the Service are available only to registered users or to subscribers. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate and current information when creating an account.

Subscriptions: Optional subscription features are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law or as described in the Refund Policy.
Payment processing: Payments are handled by third-party processors; we do not store your raw payment card details.

4. License & permitted use

Subject to these Terms, Yellowbit Labs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal or internal business purposes. You agree not to:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service;
Use the Service to distribute malware or engage in illegal activity;
Interfere with the operation of the Service or attempt to access data not intended for you;
Resell the Service or its content without express permission.

5. Content & intellectual property

All content, trademarks, logos and data displayed through the Service (including calibration charts, part information and product data) are the property of Yellowbit Labs or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service content except as expressly permitted.

6. User contributions

If you submit feedback, suggestions, or other content to Yellowbit Labs, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license to use, modify and incorporate that content into the Service.

7. Third-party services

The Service may link to or integrate with third-party services (including Google Play, analytics providers and payment processors). Your use of third-party services is subject to their terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party actions or content.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yellowbit Labs disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We make no warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Yellowbit Labs and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data or goodwill arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Yellowbit Labs in the 12 months preceding the claim (or, if no payment was made, a nominal amount).

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold Yellowbit Labs and its officers, directors, employees and agents harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and without liability. Upon termination, your license to use the Service ends and any data subject to deletion policies will be handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India (without regard to conflict of law principles). Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in India unless otherwise required by applicable law.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When material changes occur, we will provide notice via the App or other means. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The effective date at the top indicates when these Terms were last updated.

14. Refunds & billing disputes

For paid subscriptions or purchases made via the App, refunds and billing disputes will be handled per our Refund Policy and through the applicable payment processor. Contact support at dieselduniya@gmail.com for assistance.
