Refund Policy
Effective date: March 5, 2024
1. General
This Refund Policy applies to purchases and subscriptions made within the DieselDuniya mobile application (“App”). Our goal is to ensure transparency regarding refunds and billing disputes. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
2. Free services
The DieselDuniya App is free to download and use with standard features. No refunds apply to free features.
3. Subscriptions & paid features
We offer optional monthly subscriptions that unlock exclusive content and advanced features. Once a subscription is activated:
- Payments are billed in advance via PhonePe Business, our official payment partner.
- Subscriptions are non-refundable except as required by law or under the conditions stated below.
4. Eligibility for refunds
Refunds may be approved under the following situations:
- You were charged but did not gain access to the paid features.
- Duplicate payment was made due to a technical error.
- A transaction was unauthorized or incorrectly processed through PhonePe.
Refunds are not provided for change of mind, partial subscription usage, or unused time in a billing cycle.
5. Refund process
If you believe you are eligible for a refund:
- Email us at dieselduniya@gmail.com with transaction details (PhonePe UTR/transaction ID, payment date, and registered mobile number).
- Our support team will verify the request with PhonePe Business.
- Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
6. Disputes via PhonePe
If you initiate a dispute directly through PhonePe, please notify us at the same time to ensure faster resolution. We will cooperate with PhonePe Business to investigate and resolve the case.
